Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, engineering or similar (preferred, but relevant experience considered)
Prior experience in medical electronics service or related field service (medical devices/software based medical systems advantageous)
Strong electronic and mechanical engineering skills including troubleshooting
Computer skills: MS Office, Linux
Familiarity with Cathlab/operating room procedures/protocols (advantageous)
Willingness to be flexible, respond at short notice to scheduling requirements, work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English and Polish (both written and spoken)
Ability to travel (up to 80% of time)

Responsibilities

Provide hardware/software field support: site inspection and preparation, system installation, maintenance, calibration, upgrades, troubleshooting and repair, demo system maintenance and preparation for congresses
Document field service interventions per QA system requirements
Report capital equipment incidents per QA system requirements
Provide support and technical assistance for in-house training courses and congresses
Provide system maintenance and troubleshooting training to customer biomedical engineering departments and Abbott sales and field clinical staff
Work closely with central dispatch team and sales/clinical colleagues to drive customer satisfaction through service excellence
Undertake extensive national and international travel as per business need
