The role requires significant in-field work, including direct support in-the-field signing restaurants and leading teams on the ground across South West England and Wales.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of Field Sales Executives to hit sales targets, prospecting and closing deals with restaurants, pipeline management, people management, coaching, hiring, and performance management. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, Salesforce proficiency, and communication abilities are essential.
You will manage a team of Field Sales Executives in South West England and Wales, reporting to the Head of Sales, and work closely with Regional Directors, Regional Managers, and cross-functional teams.
Strong candidates are commercially savvy, entrepreneurial, ambitious individuals with sales expertise, commercial acumen, people management skills, and the ability to lead in-field, negotiate complex deals, and drive performance.
Online food delivery connecting customers and restaurants
Deliveroo connects customers with a variety of restaurants through its online food delivery service. Customers can place orders via the Deliveroo website or mobile app, which are sent to partner restaurants for preparation.
