Requirements

  • Experience in the industry in quality sector
  • Engineering or technical level training in mechanics, mechatronics and electromechanics
  • CREA or CFT
  • Capability in working under pressure, clear thinking, decisiveness
  • Team player skills
  • Ability and willingness to work on Field Services outages 70-80% of the time
  • Availability to frequent travel worldwide
  • Availability to work in on-shore and off-shore sites
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills together with good interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Must be a leader with excellent listening, project management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively work with the Customer at all levels of their organization
  • Advanced computer skills including ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite environment, ability to learn special BH applications, and ability to utilize (or learn) identified Project Management software applications such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Experience in TMS equipment
  • Experience in Baker Hughes equipment, attested by company that has carried out scope in the equipment covered the site operation, commissioning, and start-up
  • Knowledge of Nuovo Pignone or Thermodyn CECOK
  • Knowledge of LM2500 turbines

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee work at the field site, providing quality service to the customer
  • Provide the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used
  • Coordinate and direct the activities of service operators
  • Coordinate the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job
  • Perform minor/major maintenance of equipment following the Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures
  • Be the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and Site Team to coordinate activities at the Customer Job Site
  • Provide records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes TPS Supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations
  • Execute all required responsibilities safely by following all Service applicable processes and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work
  • Provide limited troubleshooting on the equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the Field
  • Conduct all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance)
