Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for owned and sponsored events, including venue coordination, vendors, shipping, budgets, and onsite support
  • Build clear event proposals, briefs, workbacks, target lists, and documentation to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
  • Work with the Revenue Marketing campaigns team to ensure events are aligned to broader campaign narratives and their promotional plans
  • Partner closely with Sales on audience targeting, attendee capture, meeting coordination, and post-event follow-up workflows
  • Ensure all event materials, assets, and onsite experiences adhere to brand guidelines and messaging
  • Serve as onsite lead, overseeing setup, execution, vendor management, and attendee experience
  • Maintain consistent processes for planning, documentation, asset management, and reporting across events
  • Track event performance, create feedback loops, and support continuous optimisation of our event programs
