Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our growing Member Care team. As a Field Support Representative, you will be instrumental in supporting our members on their healthcare journeys, ensuring they have access to the care they need.

Must reside in Ohio for consideration.


About the Role

The Member Care team is at the core of our business, providing essential support to our members. As a Field Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for members in Ohio, answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through their Sidecar Health benefits. This role involves working directly with members at their worksites and collaborating closely with our Account Management, Claims, and Provider teams.


Responsibilities

  • Visit clients onsite across Ohio to support members in navigating their Sidecar Health plans.
  • Act as in-person support for client groups and members after enrollment and during periods of escalated necessity.
  • Assist the Account Management team in identifying and establishing positive relationships with key individuals and HR departments at client groups.
  • Handle traditional member care responsibilities, including answering calls, responding to web chats, and/or responding to emails.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a timely and positive manner.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with existing members to understand their needs and ensure a memorable member experience.

Requirements

  • Access to reliable personal transportation and willingness/ability to drive across Ohio as necessary to service groups and members on-location (travel expenses will be compensated).
  • Reliability, strong communication skills, and accountability to work successfully and independently.
  • Ability to problem-solve in real-time, turning issues and complaints into solutions.
  • Ability to educate members on Sidecar Health best practices.
  • Desire to grow and develop within the company, with opportunities for advancement due to high visibility and cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong empathy and relationship-building skills.
  • Open schedule availability.
  • Bilingual (preferred).
  • Healthcare and/or insurance experience (preferred).
