Sweed is seeking a Field Marketing Representative in Arizona to promote the Sweed brand and expand its client base by visiting dispensaries across the state. This role requires independent travel within Arizona.

About the Role

As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be part of the Sales Team and will visit dispensaries across Arizona to promote the Sweed brand and expand our client base.

Location

  • Must be based in Arizona.
  • Requires frequent travel across the state.

Responsibilities

  • Visit dispensaries in person with promotional materials, targeting 25+ dispensaries per week.
  • Follow up on visits with phone calls and emails.
  • Engage with Budtenders and dispensary employees (including senior management) to introduce Sweed’s products.
  • Set up product demos for the Sales Team.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in the legal cannabis industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software systems used by dispensaries.
  • Hands-on experience working in dispensaries, including operating and managing product intake.
  • Experience with CRM systems in a dispensary setting is preferred.
