The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in field marketing, product marketing, or regional marketing within a B2B SaaS company. Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing go-to-market campaigns and events for complex, multi-product SaaS offerings, ideally in both EMEA and APAC markets, is required. A strong understanding of B2B SaaS selling motions, lead generation, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle marketing is necessary. Candidates must be analytical and data-driven, experienced with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and possess outstanding project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a collaborative and proactive approach to influence cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel approximately 25% is required, and fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional EMEA or APAC languages being a strong plus.
This role is responsible for driving Mural's presence across EMEA and APAC by integrating product marketing, end-to-end marketing management, and event execution to build regional pipelines and align local market needs with go-to-market strategies. Key duties include developing and localizing go-to-market strategies, gathering and analyzing market data to inform positioning, and creating tailored sales enablement materials. The Field Marketing Manager will act as a subject matter expert to influence integrated marketing campaigns, cultivate relationships with strategic partners and influencers, and support virtual and in-person events, including managing event messaging, logistics, coordination, and post-event follow-up.
