Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Extensive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance with Medicare Advantage products, is required. Strong leadership, team management, community outreach experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to create strategy and analyze trends is necessary, along with a willingness to travel within the region for field visits. A Master’s Degree and knowledge of the Medicare Advantage market, products, regulations, and compliance standards are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Field Marketing Manager will lead and manage a team of Field Marketing Executives, providing coaching, development, and performance evaluations. They will set expectations and ensure accountability for community engagement, event execution, and support for sales initiatives. This role involves monitoring team metrics and KPIs, collaborating with sales teams to align outreach strategies with sales objectives, and overseeing resource allocation for community outreach activities. The manager will also prepare and present reports on outreach activities, performance, and outcomes.
