Position Overview

A Field Lady is responsible for the digital collection of data in households affiliated with the NIQ panel to analyze consumer behavior, ensuring the quality of this data. The Field Lady must perform their audits adhering to the company's procedures and policies.


Responsibilities

  • Follow a route of approximately 30 households per week, with an average of 5 to 10 visits daily.
  • Enter the affiliated panel member's home and collect data from basic basket purchases, personal consumption, and electronic surveys (Inventory, Price, offers, and Promotions).
  • Cross-reference products with receipts, organize, and review pantry contents.
  • Validate consumption logs for bulk products.
  • Verify and collect containers and packaging of consumed products.
  • Prospect new households.

Requirements

  • Must have good communication skills and be able to build trust, as questions will be asked about family context and health status.
  • Proficiency in using a mobile phone.
  • Field Experience is essential (any field work, retail sales, field research, door-to-door sales, surveyor, promoter).
  • Some high school education (Bachillerato trunco).

Additional Information

Zone of Residence: Depends on the locality where required. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
