Requirements

  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical, or Equipment Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in deployment and/or technical program management
  • Great communicator and execution ability in high pressure situations
  • Comfort working in heavy industry sites
  • Willingness to frequently travel to customer sites (50+%)
  • Preferred
  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D) in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience in hands-on work with gas and/or water piping
  • Experience analyzing energy systems
  • Experience working with hydrogen or similar gasses
  • Experience with troubleshooting Linux based control systems

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end operational deployment: from transit to customer site to setup and final acceptance testing
  • Responsible for planning and alignment with the customer on technical and implementation requirements
  • Ensure site conditions are feasible for system requirements and operational success
  • Organize, plan, and execute on site preparation
  • Meet and exceed customer performance and safety expectations
  • Design and prototype tools to help with deployment
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate and partner with the Engineering team to collect and analyze data to improve system performance
  • High level of problem-solving ability to quickly debug on-site issues
