Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical, or Equipment Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in deployment and/or technical program management
- Great communicator and execution ability in high pressure situations
- Comfort working in heavy industry sites
- Willingness to frequently travel to customer sites (50+%)
- Preferred
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D) in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Experience in hands-on work with gas and/or water piping
- Experience analyzing energy systems
- Experience working with hydrogen or similar gasses
- Experience with troubleshooting Linux based control systems
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end operational deployment: from transit to customer site to setup and final acceptance testing
- Responsible for planning and alignment with the customer on technical and implementation requirements
- Ensure site conditions are feasible for system requirements and operational success
- Organize, plan, and execute on site preparation
- Meet and exceed customer performance and safety expectations
- Design and prototype tools to help with deployment
- Effectively communicate and collaborate and partner with the Engineering team to collect and analyze data to improve system performance
- High level of problem-solving ability to quickly debug on-site issues
