Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related technological field
6-8 years relevant work experience or more in Automation Electrical Design
Previous experience working on end-to-end industrial Automation systems
Expertise in development, supporting and troubleshooting programmable logic controller (PLC) programs and software with platforms such as Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens PLC systems, DeltaV, or WonderWare
Exposure to government regulated industries (GMP, GAMP)
Full understanding of Automation hardware and related interfaces
Experience with 2D electrical computer-aided design
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience authoring and reviewing standard operating procedures, on-the-job trainings, and other controlled documents
Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects and outside vendors
Willingness to attend and close breakdown and networking calls as per Cytiva Service Quality, including stretching during off hours and holidays

Responsibilities

Responsible for demonstration of Automation, Digital solutions, and Application software networking
Responsible for Operational Perfection – timelines on installing, troubleshooting, and planned maintenance of various automation and networking solutions for Single use, Downstream, and other equipment sold by Cytiva
Attend and close breakdown and networking calls as per Cytiva Service Quality
Enforce Key Performance Indicators of Service Operation
Assist in growing the service business by selling Networking AMC, Optirun installations and expansions, and Automation solutions to customers
Make commercial offers for service offerings and follow up
Collect payments from customers for services rendered and solutions sold
