Requirements

  • Educated to a minimum of BSc standard, or equivalent, in a biological or related subject
  • Significant experience working within a Flow Cytometry environment
  • Knowledge in research and/or clinical Haematology and Immunology is desirable
  • Fluent in Polish and English language
  • Ability to travel – the position is remote with 80% travel, overnight stays, within Poland
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Be prepared, on occasion, to travel globally as required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Deliver post-sales instrument training and ongoing application support
  • Provide high quality pre-sales support, including instrument and software demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Contribute to the overall revenue targets for your area
  • Communicate effectively and manage relationships with all stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, across your region
  • Demonstrate, customer training and customer support for our range of flow cytometry reagents and instruments
  • Work in close contact with the sales and marketing team to promote and support our customer solutions and to help achieve our sales targets
