Job Description

Position Overview

This is a commissioned sales position focused on providing technical expertise to secure new design win opportunities and drive products to production, resulting in billed revenue. The role requires deep knowledge of Intel's product portfolio to drive sales for established businesses and foster growth in emerging ones.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships between Intel and customer teams to identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Influence and enable OEMs, distributors, and ecosystem partners to drive sales and revenue.
  • Develop product demonstrations for customers to showcase product capabilities.
  • Assist in product design and review during on-site visits, ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Establish relationships with customer teams to facilitate rapid resolution of customer issues and promote high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to answer questions, reproduce errors, and resolve or escalate customer issues.
  • Provide timely feedback to manufacturing and product teams on product issues and future requirements, ensuring Intel can respond to and anticipate changes for business continuity.

Requirements

Business & Technical Knowledge

  • B.Eng/BSc in Electronics or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor sales process.
  • Understanding of semiconductor technologies (Device Technology, Design Technology, System Technology).
  • Understanding of Industry, Communications, Broadcasting, or Medical businesses.
  • At least five years of experience in selling solutions to hardware and/or software management.
  • Experience in Power Base Selling, Key Account Selling, or equivalent.
  • High energy and passion for the job, creating a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to command respect throughout the company and with customers.
  • Capability to build executive relationships with key customer personnel.
  • Global business experience, including working for foreign-owned organizations or having overseas assignments.
  • Experience conducting global business and working closely with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Communication

  • Ability to logically communicate with various stakeholders to drive optimal solutions and conclusions.
  • Good command of English.
