Requirements

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a lab, biotech, or life sciences company
Preferred experience in biological imaging and organoids, with a strong preference for experience with Molecular Devices products
A master’s degree in biologics, microbiology, or related disciplines; a Ph.D. is preferred
Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong communication skills and an open-minded attitude as a team member
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support

Responsibilities

Provide effective technical and application support to potential and existing customers
Deliver webinars, seminars, and road shows
Promptly and thoroughly resolve application and product issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
Offer comprehensive product training and solutions to sales teams, distributors, and customers
Assist the Product Manager in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and increase market share
