Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 1-5 years of experience
- Understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems and practices
- Good analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of government/military operational frameworks
- Strong to advanced Excel capabilities and general MS tools, including Outlook and Teams

Responsibilities
- Supports the end-to-end administration of services quotes and contracts, including order booking, quotation preparation, renewals, and amendments
- Maintains compliant services quotations & contracts in alignment with government business mandates and regulatory requirements
- Learns requirements and develops capability in all areas of administrative processing activities
- Utilizes SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) platforms to manage service contracts, process orders, and maintain accurate data integrity
- Collects, consolidates, and charts data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues
- Learns and practices basic analysis
- Implements specified changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develops understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs
