Responsibilities

DICOM SR(特に心臓計測)におけるアプリケーションサポートを提供し、SR業務のみならずサービス内での仕組み体制を立案リードする。
超音波診断装置のワークフローとユーティリティ内容に関して、お客様からの疑問、質問等に対応するために、リモートおよびオンサイトを通じたサポートを提供する。
基本的な超音波アプリケーションスキルの向上のため、リモートおよびオンサイトを通じてフィールドサービスエンジニアをサポートする。
アプリケーショントレーニングとOJTを通じて、フィールドサービスエンジニアのアプリケーションスキルを維持向上させる。
クロスファンクショナルチームと協力して、顧客に付加価値を提供する。
KOL顧客をサポートする。
