Responsibilities

  • 店舗運営・実行推進:事業戦略を現場レベルに落とし込み、計画実行をリード。店舗オペレーション(販売、接客、VMD、在庫管理)の最適化。
  • チームマネジメント:店舗スタッフ(販売員、運営担当者など)の指導・育成・評価。目標KPIを設定し、チームでの達成を推進。部署間の調整役として、課題解決を先導。
  • マーケティング・顧客体験:オンライン事業部と連携し、OMO型施策(会員連携、イベント、キャンペーン)を推進。顧客の声を収集・分析し、サービス改善提案を部長へフィードバック。SNSや店舗イベントを活用した集客・販促活動の企画運営。
  • 外部連携・パートナー対応:取引先ブランドや仕入れ先との日常的な調整・交渉。各ブランド社と連携しながら新規ブランド導入や販促施策を実行。
  • 数値管理:店舗売上・在庫・費用の進捗管理。予算計画に基づき、効率的な運営を実行。成果レポートを部長に報告し改善アクションを提案。
