Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and development for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and promoting belonging
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, support plans for customer/business needs, and measure progress toward goals
- Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, touring stores for feedback, communicating operations and initiatives, and guiding change efforts
- Model exceptional customer service, manage initiatives (e.g., community outreach), resolve customer issues, and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity through action plans and guidance
- Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L, managing budgets/expenses, monitoring merchandise/inventory, and mitigating shrink to achieve sales/profit goals
- Embrace individual differences, foster belonging, create growth opportunities, and attract talent
- Build team relationships, communicate positively to motivate, and strengthen teams through mentoring and recognition
- Maintain highest standards of integrity, hold accountable, and support regenerative company goals
