TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph security clearance
United States Citizenship
B.A./B.S. in language, Area Studies, Education, Educational Technology, ISD, Intelligence, or related discipline or four (4) additional years of applied, practical experience in the education, instructional design, or applicable analysis fields
One (1) year experience within the last four (4) years in synchronous and asynchronous instructional systems design and in the development of skills-based instruction to adults
Proficiency with web-based or distance learning teaching technologies (e.g., Centra, Blackboard, Questionmark, SumTotal)
Microsoft Outlook Level 1, PowerPoint Level 1, and Word Level 1

Responsibilities

Develop and teach cryptologic materials/content mirroring SIGINT analyst tasks
Update existing training materials to meet DoD and Agency training requirements
Utilize blended learning techniques (eLearning, video, audio, readings, case studies, demonstrations)
Clarify and document customer operational requirements and training objectives
Research and leverage classified and unclassified resources for relevant content
Develop training materials including transcription, translation, and analysis of operational exercises
Collaborate with instructors and other developers in designing and documenting training materials
Employ technology (e.g., Audacity, Adobe C5S, Adobe Premier) in developing training materials
Develop practical evaluations to test student mastery of learning objectives
Team with instructors and developers to obtain and develop training materials
Meet skill level requirements for specified software
