Ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds

Responsibilities

Answer and triage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications regarding maintenance issues from staff across hospital and clinic sites
Provide clear instructions to staff on reporting processes and escalation procedures
Document requests accurately and completely in the software system
Evaluate reported issues to determine priority and appropriate response level
Assign maintenance work orders to the appropriate technicians or service teams
Monitor work order status and follow up to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
Learn and operate multiple systems critical to hospital operations (e.g., CMMS, building control systems, pneumatic tube systems)
Observe system dashboards and alerts, reporting anomalies or failures to technical staff
Assist in generating reports for performance metrics, system utilization, and compliance
Support standard operating procedures and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability
Provide new-hire refresher training to Facility users
Create and maintain access rights for Facility Service staff if appropriate technology solutions
