Requirements

  • High school diploma (engineering degree preferred)
  • Five years of experience in an industrial manufacturing engineering or production role
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Basic PC skills with ability to read and create technical drawings
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including overtime and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently
  • Ability to stand at machines for entire shift, including reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling
  • Solid understanding of mechanical operations

Responsibilities

  • Assemble machinery to enhance manufacturing operations and reliability
  • Collaborate with Production and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement machine improvements
  • Assemble precision components, machine prototype parts, and use engineering software to support equipment maintenance and improvements
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues and transition new equipment
  • Develop and test prototypes
  • Maintain accurate logs
  • Ensure a safe, organized workspace
  • Provide ongoing technical support
