High school diploma (engineering degree preferred)
Five years of experience in an industrial manufacturing engineering or production role
Mechanical aptitude
Basic PC skills with ability to read and create technical drawings
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including overtime and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently
Ability to stand at machines for entire shift, including reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling
Solid understanding of mechanical operations

Responsibilities

Assemble machinery to enhance manufacturing operations and reliability
Collaborate with Production and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement machine improvements
Assemble precision components, machine prototype parts, and use engineering software to support equipment maintenance and improvements
Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues and transition new equipment
Develop and test prototypes
Maintain accurate logs
Ensure a safe, organized workspace
Provide ongoing technical support
