  • Certification might be required in some areas
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; eligible to drive an AT&T company vehicle
  • Office presence a minimum of 5 days per week in Columbia, Maryland (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities
  • Plan and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs
  • Assist in the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion
  • Inspect construction and installation progress
  • Initiate planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment
  • Manage the receiving function
  • Manage preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment
  • Manage the telecommunication function
  • Oversee the parking program
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facility
  • Help manage internal Help Desk of the building, facilitating and completing service tickets for office tenants
