Responsibilities

Assist in the management of the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities
Plan and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs
Assist in the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion
Inspect construction and installation progress
Initiate planned maintenance programs for a variety of office equipment
Manage the receiving function
Manage preventive maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC and office equipment
Manage the telecommunication function
Oversee the parking program
Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of facility
Help manage internal Help Desk of the building, facilitating and completing service tickets for office tenants
