Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM CST; Overtime as needed
  • Location: Onsite at Manufacturing Facility in Houston, TX
  • Travel Requirements: 0 – 5%
  • Preferred: Driver’s License
  • Preferred: Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment objects as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling facility modifications, including inventory management for equipment, labor, and materials
  • Coordinate building space allocation, layout, communication services, and facilities expansion while ensuring health and safety standards
  • Support contract and contractor management and engage with insurance providers for risk reduction projects like fire prevention
  • Contribute to facility master planning
  • Apply scientific and engineering principles to solve problems and support operations
  • Handle technical tasks related to the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and facilities
  • Plan, schedule modifications, coordinate space allocation, and manage contracts
  • Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training
  • Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance, meeting individual job requirements and contributing to organizational compliance
