Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work independently to respond to and resolve facility queries and issues promptly and efficiently to minimize disruptions to business operations and employee work conditions
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for all facility-related requests in the Lisbon office while being the support to all Pipedrive offices in facility related matters
  • Act as the main point of contact for all our global vendors and building management to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day services, working predominantly autonomously and escalating advanced issues to the Head of Workplace Strategy & Operations when necessary
  • Support annual workplace and ISO-related inspections/audits to maintain safety, compliance, and adherence to local and global workplace standards
  • Contribute to continuous work environment improvement initiatives and strategic facility projects
  • Be empowered to manage office resources, space utilization, equipment and associated decision-making to optimize efficiency and maximise employee workplace experience
  • Proactively identify improvements in comfort, ergonomics, aesthetics and underused spaces to make the office more enjoyable, functional and compliant
  • Act as a deputy for the Head of Workplace Strategy and Operations in vendor negotiations and day-to-day matter
