Responsibilities

Assist in performing non-critical maintenance and repair work, such as people door repairs, administrative area upkeep, building envelope maintenance, and landscaping
Under direct supervision of an operator, assist as required in the operation of critical equipment
Assist in the performance of limited maintenance on offline critical equipment as directed, including single chiller maintenance, single CDU filter changeouts, and leak detection verification in alarming racks
Support daily inspections of facilities areas to identify and report potential issues
Help maintain spare parts inventory and assist with basic organization of tools and equipment
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during all tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities
Provide support during scheduled system maintenance or minor repairs
Assist in documenting work performed and any observed issues
Participate in team training sessions and contribute to a collaborative work environment
