Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Serves as the Project Manager on capital projects and is responsible for executing the overall project accordingly
Leads and develops Facilities staff and volunteer teams
Resources Facilities staff and volunteer teams with materials, technology, training, and moral encouragement
Actively processes and prioritizes Work Orders
Builds and communicates weekly team schedule
Oversees and engages in setup and tear-down of facilities for services, meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc. on and off campus
Maintains the building and grounds with custodial support as well as minor repairs and general maintenance
Supports and enforces all policies of Christ Fellowship such as OSHA rules, church health and safety regulations and guidelines, etc
Logistically supports many aspects of campus events (i.e. At the Movies set building, Easter/Christmas, 4th Saturday Serve)
Special projects as assigned by the Campus Pastor and/or Central Director
Safely operates vehicles, power tools and equipment
Assists with response to all emergencies and alarm calls
Assists in programming and monitoring our HVAC system
Continually inspects and is aware of building conditions
Coordinates with vendors for repairs and maintenance
Assists with and performs tasks, projects and work assigned by Central Facilities
