Requirements

The role requires part-time availability and the ability to provide content authoring and testing services as needed. Candidates must be able to create required metadata for content and publish web content using a Content Management System (CMS). Additionally, they must be available on call for up to two-week shifts during EOC activation and be reachable within one hour to perform emergency CMS publishing processes.

Responsibilities

The Expert Project Manager will be responsible for the intake and evaluation of change requests, scheduling and assigning tasks to Digital Strategy staff, and tracking progress while updating requestors. This role involves working with contractors, managing chargebacks, and providing other Web Operations project management assistance. Responsibilities also include assuring content meets accessibility standards, creating metadata, publishing web content, and coordinating with the EOC Communications lead during activation to publish information across various platforms.
