Requirements

2–4 years of experience in software engineering, technology consulting, or systems implementation
Prior experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Engineering roles within core banking services/applications (highly valued)
Background in banking/financial services projects (core banking systems, payments, risk, compliance, or similar)
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, etc.)
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work in dynamic, collaborative teams
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a strong advantage

Responsibilities

Build, test, and implement technology solutions for leading banks and financial institutions
Work in Agile delivery teams, supporting iterative development and continuous improvement
Drive transformation projects in core banking, payments, cards, lending, compliance, and risk management
Collaborate across Deloitte’s Swedish and global practices to deliver future-proofed solutions
Act as a bridge between business and technology, contributing to product roadmaps and delivery
Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs as well as security and regulatory requirements
