Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients
Provide close protection for C-Level executives and their family
Perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures, Surefox policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations
Provide safe and secure vehicle transportation for C-Level executives and their family
Respond to emergency events as well as medical & non-medical issues
Provide physical security
Address staffing deficiencies
Handle client requests in a timely manner
Perform any other tasks assigned by program leadership
Responsible for client and family physical safety as well as the safeguarding of client assets
Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and influence informally across different departments within the team
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or vehicle while monitoring access (on occasion as needed)
Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site (on occasion as needed)
Coordinate with emergency services and law enforcement agencies as necessary (on occasion as needed)
Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company and/or client property (on occasion as needed)
Provide incident detection capabilities to the client as requested
Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments
Operate motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner (on occasion as needed)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibility
Operate in a low-profile, low-footprint capacity (on occasion as needed)
Provide physical security or overwatch of assigned clients (on occasion as needed)
Manage, track, and report program performance assurance and compliance requirements within the provided guidelines
Assist in managing the Executive Protection Program team schedule
Update and maintain the Executive Protection Program SOPs
Assist with managing the program vehicle fleet
Manage/monitor surveillance equipment and access points (on occasion as needed)
Maintain and update logs with any pertinent activity observed related to assigned client (on occasion as needed)
Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities (on occasion as needed)
Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner (on occasion as needed)
Attend project meetings upon request to assess security implications
