Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients
  • Provide close protection for C-Level executives and their family
  • Perform all duties in accordance with client policies and procedures, Surefox policies and procedures, and all state & federal regulations
  • Provide safe and secure vehicle transportation for C-Level executives and their family
  • Respond to emergency events as well as medical & non-medical issues
  • Provide physical security
  • Address staffing deficiencies
  • Handle client requests in a timely manner
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by program leadership
  • Responsible for client and family physical safety as well as the safeguarding of client assets
  • Develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and influence informally across different departments within the team
  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot and/or vehicle while monitoring access (on occasion as needed)
  • Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site (on occasion as needed)
  • Coordinate with emergency services and law enforcement agencies as necessary (on occasion as needed)
  • Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company and/or client property (on occasion as needed)
  • Provide incident detection capabilities to the client as requested
  • Conduct ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments
  • Operate motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner (on occasion as needed)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibility
  • Operate in a low-profile, low-footprint capacity (on occasion as needed)
  • Provide physical security or overwatch of assigned clients (on occasion as needed)
  • Manage, track, and report program performance assurance and compliance requirements within the provided guidelines
  • Assist in managing the Executive Protection Program team schedule
  • Update and maintain the Executive Protection Program SOPs
  • Assist with managing the program vehicle fleet
  • Manage/monitor surveillance equipment and access points (on occasion as needed)
  • Maintain and update logs with any pertinent activity observed related to assigned client (on occasion as needed)
  • Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities (on occasion as needed)
  • Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner (on occasion as needed)
  • Attend project meetings upon request to assess security implications
