Familiarity with Zendesk, NICE, and Google Suite is preferred, and a strong understanding of applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including state and/or regional requirements, is essential.
As an Executive Office Senior Specialist, you will research homeowner complaints received through various channels, execute or recommend solutions, effectively resolve homeowner issues, serve as a liaison between homeowners and relevant business lines, monitor complaint notices on various portals, and complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
