Responsibilities

  • Lead key strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as part of enterprise-level efforts
  • Articulate strategic plans and decisions to all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and accountability
  • Make rapid and effective decisions aligned with BMS’s strategic initiatives, confidently communicating the rationale
  • Analyze and synthesize market trends, competitive landscape, and external landscape to inform strategic direction
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships across enterprise functions and leadership to execute assigned strategic projects and initiatives
  • Lead preparation for key senior management reviews/presentations and deliver strategy presentations to senior leadership and governance teams
  • Oversee operational aspects of strategy implementation, including coordination with staff on projects and ensuring efficient execution of strategic plans
  • Assess risks associated with strategic decisions, considering BMS’s reputation, clients, and assets; adhere to policies, apply ethical judgment; partner with ERM team to identify and address risks
