Responsibilities

Provide primary administrative support to the CTO, and one additional senior technology executive, with light-touch support for two other leaders
Serve as a liaison across internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing technology leadership events and forums
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions; ensure alignment across cross-functional initiatives
Welcome and host guests, clients, and vendors in person and via phone, representing the CTO’s office with professionalism and warmth
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Provide backup support to other executive assistants as needed
Help coordinate travel and event support for Nasdaq's band NLX
