Responsibilities

  • Provide primary administrative support to the CTO, and one additional senior technology executive, with light-touch support for two other leaders
  • Serve as a liaison across internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing technology leadership events and forums
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions; ensure alignment across cross-functional initiatives
  • Welcome and host guests, clients, and vendors in person and via phone, representing the CTO’s office with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide backup support to other executive assistants as needed
  • Help coordinate travel and event support for Nasdaq's band NLX
