Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years of related work experience
3+ years of project management skills and experience in event planning, managing and coordinating all aspects of executive meetings and conferences from inception to completion
Excellent computer skills: Outlook (e-mail and calendar management), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products
Demonstrate resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, take initiative, be a self-starter, and solve problems calmly and professionally in a team environment
Ability to travel internationally and domestically per business needs

Responsibilities

Understand the Leader's goals and priorities to anticipate needs and align support accordingly
Proactively manage the Leaders’ daily schedule and calendar
Manage and coordinate all aspects of executive meetings including conference room reservations, teleconference & video conference set-up, catering, and associated meeting logistics including related social activities for both on-site and off-site events
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Coordinate with Communications and HR to distribute announcements on behalf of the Leader
Lead projects as directed by the CFO and VP, Information Technology by clarifying roles and responsibilities among team members, ensure timelines are met, deliverables identified, and resources are aligned
Plan and execute project team meetings accordingly
Provide administrative support for the SVP and Chief Financial Officer and VP, Information Technology, working with minimal supervision to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature
