Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, overseeing and coordinating events, and handling correspondence
  • Provide general support and assist other ISC leadership team members with various tasks as able
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Prepare and proofread information including correspondence, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and spreadsheets, ensuring a professional and consistent appearance
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Professionally interact with others, including all levels of employees, board members and internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform accurate expense reporting and management
  • Responsible for office management, including ordering office supplies and overseeing general office processes
  • Conduct research and provide analytical support as needed and may identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive and the organization
