  • Exceptional organizational skills, especially for complex international travel, expense management, and intricate scheduling
  • Adept at building relationships and facilitating clear, concise communication across diverse international teams and cultures
  • Demonstrable project coordination capabilities, able to drive initiatives forward independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient with modern office software, communication platforms, and travel booking systems
  • Ideally available to join the London office at least two days a week (remote flexibility offered)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic assistance to senior leadership (Chief Commercial Officer, Global Client Lead, Chief Delivery Officer EMEA), including managing complex calendars, communications, and presentations
  • Coordinate intricate international travel itineraries, manage expenses, and ensure seamless logistics across multiple time zones and European hubs (Stockholm, Amsterdam, Zurich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, London)
  • Act as a vital communication link, fostering seamless collaboration and information flow between key European offices
  • Lead project management for key client initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are aligned, and communication flows efficiently with team and stakeholders
