  • At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support for the executive as a gatekeeper and central point of contact
  • Manage daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
  • Arrange meetings and team events, including creating/sending invitations, reserving rooms, organizing catering, audio/video, and other services
  • Answer incoming calls, provide support, and take detailed messages for effective executive response
  • Organize travel arrangements and create expense reports using Capital One systems
  • Serve as a role model for administrative professionals by mentoring others and maintaining high levels of customer service internally and externally
  • Manage multiple projects, take on new responsibilities, provide autonomous solutions and assistance, and handle novel issues
