A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, and experience in the construction industry is a significant advantage.
The Executive Assistant/Excel Expert will manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. They will handle email correspondence via Outlook, create and maintain Excel reports using advanced functions, and support CRM activities. The role also involves conducting lead generation and data enrichment, assisting with order processing and inventory tracking, preparing presentations and reports, and liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality.
