Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between executives and departments, fostering communication and collaboration
Handle team updates and project management
Take comprehensive minutes for meetings and coordinate offsites
Book flights, hotels, and coordinate ground transportation
Track recurring London trips and associated budgets
Coordinate internal and external offsite meetings
Promptly process daily NDAs via DocuSign
Coordinate notary appointments
Manage profile updates for licensing requirements
