Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives. They should possess expert proficiency in Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace, with the ability to design and edit graphic presentations. Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills related to cloud-based environments and web-based applications are essential, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, a high focus on reporting, and a high degree of professionalism are required. The ability to react with appropriate urgency, maintain integrity and discretion with confidential information, and think both creatively and strategically is also necessary. The role is a 7-month contract position for someone based in Canada.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide executive, administrative, project, and development support directly to the CEO, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external connections, including the Board, clients, and senior management. Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations, overseeing special projects, managing the CEO's time, professional relationships, and priorities, and acting as the gatekeeper for the executive's calendar. This role involves overseeing complex travel plans, formatting information for communication, arranging logistics for leadership meetings and events, troubleshooting conflicts, managing prospect and customer interactions by tracking leads, and partnering with the People team on talent searches and people-related initiatives.
