2+ years prior work experience at a law firm, talent agency, production company, studio or network with a solid grasp of the entertainment business
Ability to multitask and prioritize, independently managing and disseminating a variety of assignments punctually and efficiently

Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of leadership and the ability to effectively liaise with productions, agencies, other studios, etc

Responsibilities
Schedule meetings across multiple time zones, departments, and brands while respecting the need for flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment
Represent the office of the Head of Business Affairs by effectively communicating with teams at all levels across the studios
Oversee travel arrangements, track expense reports, and various other administrative tasks
Provide meeting preparation materials – compile grids, research industry leaders, and curate relevant information across multiple brands
Answer phones and log calls – generate a comprehensive understanding of the industry and agency, and talent representative landscape
Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all who interact with the office and team
Manage flow of information and files in/out of office
Serve as the liaison to external industry counterparts, and effectively interact with leadership and talent representatives
Update department documents and content tracking portals
Drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts and other legal documents as needed
Calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel & expense reports, gathering and synthesizing information, and other administrative support as needed
