Requirements

Responsibilities

Plannen en coördineren van afspraken, meetings en reizen voor de Managing Director, met een scherp oog voor een efficiënte tijdsplanning
Beheren van de mailbox van de Managing Director, waarbij je e-mails en verzoeken nauwkeurig prioriteert en acties adequaat coördineert
Afhandelen van administratieve taken, zoals het indienen van declaraties
Organiseren van internationale reizen, inclusief het boeken van vluchten en hotels, en het zorgen voor een naadloze reisplanning
Verzamelen en voorbereiden van alle relevante documenten voor meetings, inclusief het bijhouden van actiepunten voor opvolging
Fungeren als de communicatieschakel tussen de Managing Director, het Management Team en de verschillende afdelingen, zodat belangrijke informatie tijdig en effectief wordt gedeeld en opgevolgd
Coördineren van projecten en initiatieven die bijdragen aan de strategische doelen van de organisatie, inclusief het monitoren van de voortgang (in Monday) en het rapporteren van resultaten aan de Managing Director
Coördineren van de samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de strategische doelen van de organisatie worden bereikt
