Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple teams
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
  • Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
  • Efficient time management and strong sense of urgency
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-Starter, personable, mature, team player, and poised
  • Self-motivated, professional, capable of managing a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats with a “no task is too big or too small” mentality

Responsibilities

  • Extensive scheduling and calendar management
  • Preparing agendas for meetings
  • Managing expenses
  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Arranging domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries
  • Handling all correspondence related to travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, restaurant reservations
