Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple teams
Strong written & verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
Efficient time management and strong sense of urgency
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Self-Starter, personable, mature, team player, and poised
Self-motivated, professional, capable of managing a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment
Willingness to wear multiple hats with a “no task is too big or too small” mentality

Responsibilities

Extensive scheduling and calendar management
Preparing agendas for meetings
Managing expenses
Answering phones and taking messages
Arranging domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries
Handling all correspondence related to travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, restaurant reservations
