Candidates should possess fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, and prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin Assistant. An accounting background, particularly with experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ideally within an accounting firm, is required, along with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
The Executive Assistant will monitor and manage online business listings and directories, contact business sellers via phone and email with clarity and professionalism, draft and send follow-up communications and inquiries, support light accounting tasks including AP/AR tracking and reporting, maintain accurate records of conversations, transactions, and communications, assist with calendar scheduling, basic research, and general executive support tasks, and communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
