  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide full executive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between C-Suite and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and confidentiality at all times
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Support preparation for Board and executive meetings, including document coordination, briefings, and follow-up tracking
  • Anticipate and manage priorities to optimize time, balancing competing demands and deadlines
  • Coordinate Leadership Team meetings, offsites, and key global initiatives, including logistics, agendas, and action tracking
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain compliance with confidentiality requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Communications, and other corporate functions to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Act as an ambassador for Neogen’s values and culture in all interactions
