Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of Executive Assistant experience or comparable professional experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and expertise in software such as the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly PowerPoint. They must also demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure, a high attention to detail, and a commitment to working to a consistently high standard. Furthermore, candidates should exhibit teamwork skills, integrity and confidentiality, resourcefulness, and a love for working in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English is required, and the ability to travel when necessary is preferred.
Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, the candidate will serve as the gatekeeper for schedules, managing diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones with flexibility. They will proactively address issues, present solutions promptly, and possess excellent documentation skills to properly record decisions, action items, and circulate them to attendees. Additionally, the role involves organizing events, including logistics, offsites, supplier setup, invoicing, and organizational support, networking with internal and external teams, and acting as a connection between colleagues. The candidate will keep their manager well-informed of their commitments and responsibilities, act as a ‘barometer’ for environmental issues, and contribute to creating and enhancing team culture.
