Requirements

Proven experience supporting C-level or Executive Vice President-level leaders, with required board administration experience. Must be able to work on site in Troy, MI. Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. High discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters are necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing platforms is required, with the ability to quickly adopt new tools. A collaborative mindset and flexibility to support an executive who travels frequently and operates across international business hours are needed.

Responsibilities

Manage the complex calendar of the Executive Vice President, serving as a primary liaison for the EVP’s office and handling confidential communications. Coordinate board meeting logistics, including scheduling, agenda development, material preparation, travel, and accommodations. Ensure timely follow-up on board and executive action items, partnering with key business units. Work closely with Investor Relations, Legal, and the Office of the CEO to support board communications and governance documentation. Organize and manage executive-level meetings and events with precision. Support domestic and international travel planning for the EVP, ensuring compliance and documentation. Create and manage expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders accurately. Maintain organized digital and physical document management systems. Support special projects, executive initiatives, and cross-functional activities on behalf of the EVP’s office. Be available for critical tasks and communications outside of regular business hours.
