Responsibilities

  • Separate and itemize department’s mail by service type
  • Match, count, and check items
  • Enter items and print stickers
  • Sort all orders by return carrier service
  • Become an expert in eBay’s published card condition standards
  • Become an expert in eBay’s AG processing standards
  • Exercise discretion and exhibit sound judgment and decision-making when engaging with all parties internally and externally
  • Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for Quickbase ticket responses
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using department protocols to eBay’s customer service (GCX)
  • Resolve queries by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution
  • Maintain Quickbase tickets by processing customer orders
  • Continuously maintain a 2 day turnaround time on Quickbase responses
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead/supervisor
