Responsibilities

Separate and itemize department’s mail by service type
Match, count, and check items
Enter items and print stickers
Sort all orders by return carrier service
Become an expert in eBay’s published card condition standards
Become an expert in eBay’s AG processing standards
Exercise discretion and exhibit sound judgment and decision-making when engaging with all parties internally and externally
Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for Quickbase ticket responses
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using department protocols to eBay’s customer service (GCX)
Resolve queries by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution
Maintain Quickbase tickets by processing customer orders
Continuously maintain a 2 day turnaround time on Quickbase responses
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead/supervisor
