Mandatory availability: November 8, 2025 (season kick-off), all weekends in April
Able to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds per shift
Ability to work extended periods sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Participate in production of events/activations at Crystal Mountain for minimum 60 hours per 25/26 winter season (November - May)
Assist with all phases of event execution: set-up and breakdown (tables, tents, signage, décor, activity stations), vendor load-in/load-out logistics
Coordinate with event leads to maintain safe and efficient event site
Engage with guests: greet/assist with directions/information, encourage participation in activities, socialize, foster community, support experiences like dancing/games/programming
Tag @crystalmountain (#crystalmountain) and location tag Crystal Mountain Resort on posts/stories
Respond to guest inquiries professionally/timely, manage expectations
Demonstrate understanding of resort operations, venues, services, events (or direct guests)
Uphold company/departmental policy, support mission/values
Work under stress without creating tension
Communicate pleasantly/efficiently, use good verbal skills/phone etiquette
Present policy diplomatically
Accept new/varied responsibilities
Learn/share feedback with team/management
