Requirements

  • Participate in one summer event (June – September)
  • Mandatory availability: November 8, 2025 (season kick-off), all weekends in April
  • Able to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds per shift
  • Ability to work extended periods sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Participate in production of events/activations at Crystal Mountain for minimum 60 hours per 25/26 winter season (November - May)
  • Assist with all phases of event execution: set-up and breakdown (tables, tents, signage, décor, activity stations), vendor load-in/load-out logistics
  • Coordinate with event leads to maintain safe and efficient event site
  • Engage with guests: greet/assist with directions/information, encourage participation in activities, socialize, foster community, support experiences like dancing/games/programming
  • Tag @crystalmountain (#crystalmountain) and location tag Crystal Mountain Resort on posts/stories
  • Respond to guest inquiries professionally/timely, manage expectations
  • Demonstrate understanding of resort operations, venues, services, events (or direct guests)
  • Uphold company/departmental policy, support mission/values
  • Work under stress without creating tension
  • Communicate pleasantly/efficiently, use good verbal skills/phone etiquette
  • Present policy diplomatically
  • Accept new/varied responsibilities
  • Learn/share feedback with team/management
