Requirements

4+ years of experience in managing and coordinating live and hybrid events (international event management skills a bonus)
Strong project management skills to manage time and priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful events
Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to create solutions for maximum impact while minimizing costs
Fluency in both English and Lithuanian languages

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including internal conferences, social events, meetings, and workations
Lead end-to-end event management for virtual, live, or hybrid events from planning to completion, including creating workflows (e.g., timelines, schedules, communication, negotiations) and coordinating with event agencies if needed
Collaborate cross-departmentally with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to align with brand strategy and company goals
Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas to support brand strategy and business goals
Actively engage audiences and seek feedback using quantitative and qualitative insights to improve events
Provide on-site coordination at events as the key person to ensure success
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management for continuous improvement
Report progress to the Event Team Lead and receive guidance
