Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning of events, including trade shows, conferences, client events, and internal gatherings
  • Work with internal stakeholders to determine event goals, target audiences, themes, and success metrics
  • Create detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with company objectives
  • Manage all event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, A/V setup, catering, transportation, and accommodation (if applicable)
  • Oversee event registration processes and systems
  • Ensure on-site execution is seamless through direct oversight and coordination with vendors and internal teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related matters, internally and externally
  • Support the M&A team with event materials, ensuring all presentations, collateral, and branding align with company messaging and strategic objectives
  • Coordinate with speakers, panelists, and attendees as required
  • Partner with internal teams to execute pre-event communication and promotions (note: not responsible for campaign creation)
  • Ensure event signage, branded materials, and collateral are available and aligned with brand standards
  • Coordinate post-event debriefs, reporting, lead handoff, and performance metrics
  • Attend and support events on-site as required, including domestic and international travel (approximately 30-35%)
